The Lymphatic Brush

Clear the clutter

$78.00 USD

Your lymphatic system is working 24/7—filtering cellular waste, managing inflammation, supporting immune function, and maintaining fluid balance throughout your body. When lymph flow stagnates, you see it first in your face: puffiness, dark circles, congestion. But those same facial and neck pathways—especially the supraclavicular nodes above your collarbones—are critical drainage routes for your breast tissue. Supporting lymph flow in your face and décolletage directly supports breast health.

The Lymphatic Brush by Cecily Braden is the world's first and only patented device specifically engineered for facial and body lymphatic drainage. Its unique bristle pattern and density combination grips the skin with precision, targeting the superficial lymph vessels just beneath the surface. The ergonomic contoured shape ensures proper contact and accurate alignment with lymph nodes and pathways.

This isn't a traditional dry brush. The bristles are luxuriously soft yet durable—designed to stimulate lymph flow without scratching or irritating even the most sensitive skin. When combined with proper technique, the brush mimics the passive contractions of lymph vessels to manually propel fluids and support drainage.

Whether you're navigating treatment, recovery, or proactive care, The Lymphatic Brush makes professional-grade lymphatic drainage accessible in your daily ritual.

BENEFITS

The Small Brush (Face + Décolletage)
✓ Reduce facial puffiness, dark circles, and inflammation
✓ Clear congestion that contributes to acne, rosacea, and sensitivities
✓ Support breast drainage by activating the supraclavicular pathways (above your collarbones) where breast lymph exits into circulation
✓ Ease sinus pressure and calm the nervous system
✓ Improve product absorption and skin clarity
✓ Accelerate post-operative healing (facial procedures, dental work, cosmetic surgery)
Your breasts drain upward through your chest and neck. The Small Brush helps clear the pathways that matter most.

The Large Brush (Body + Breasts)
✓ Support breast lymphatic flow and reduce swelling, tenderness, or congestion
✓ Minimize the appearance of cellulite and flush excess fluid
✓ Revive tired, restless legs and reduce edema
✓ Improve digestion and support detoxification pathways
✓ Accelerate healing post-surgery, injury, or treatment
✓ Enhance immune function by stimulating lymph circulation throughout your body
✓ Calm inflammation and ease breast pain
364 days between mammograms. Your breasts need daily support—not just annual screening.

The Combo (Complete Lymphatic Care)
When you get both brushes, you're supporting your lymphatic system as the interconnected network it is:
✓ Facial drainage clears puffiness and skin concerns
✓ Chest + neck pathways where breast lymph exits get activated daily
✓ Breast tissue gets direct, gentle drainage support
✓ Full-body circulation reduces inflammation and fluid retention
✓ Immune system gets comprehensive support from head to toe
✓ Post-surgical recovery accelerates with targeted facial + body care
Use the Small Brush for your face and décolletage. Use the Large Brush for breast care, body drainage, and everything below the collarbones. Together, they work as one complete system.

HOW TO USE

General Guidance:
Breathe deeply throughout. Use on dry skin or over a thin layer of oil. Work gently—lymphatic vessels are delicate and respond to light pressure, not force. Swallow regularly to activate cervical drainage.

Using The Small Brush (Face + Décolletage)
Start at the neck—sweep gently downward and outward across the sides of your neck in slow, circular motions
Open the clavicle pathways—move from the outside of each shoulder inward across the clavicle with short, overlapping strokes
Activate supraclavicular nodes—use gentle upward sweeps in the hollows just above your collarbones (this is where lymph from your breasts exits into circulation)
Work the face—move from center outward: forehead to temples, cheeks to ears, chin to jawline, always directing fluid toward drainage points
Finish at the neck—repeat the neck sequence to ensure pathways stay open
Repeat 3–5 times. This preps your upper body drainage for the day and supports breast lymph flow.

Using The Large Brush (Breasts + Body)
For Breast Drainage:
Start at the neck and clavicle—use the same opening sequence as above to activate drainage pathways
Activate the underarm nodes—short upward sweeps in the armpit area (axillary lymph nodes)
Sweep across breast tissue—using long or short overlapping strokes, move from sternum outward toward the underarm. Work above, below, and around the breast. Always move away from the nipple toward the axillary nodes.
Work gently—this is delicate immune-rich tissue, not muscle. Let the bristles do the work.
Repeat the neck sequence. Finish by re-opening drainage at the clavicle

For Full-Body Drainage:
Torso: Sweep downward from ribs to hips, then across abdomen in clockwise circles (follows the colon)
Legs: Long upward strokes from ankles to thighs, always moving toward the heart
Arms: Sweep from hands up to shoulders
Back/Glutes: Upward and inward strokes toward the spine (or have a partner help)
Repeat sequences 3–5 times. Use gentle, rhythmic pressure. You're moving fluid, not scrubbing.

Pro Tips:
Best time: Morning to reduce overnight fluid buildup, or evening to calm the nervous system
How often: Daily is ideal, but even 3–4x/week makes a difference
Pair with: Deep breathing, dry sauna, movement, hydration
Post-surgery: Wait until incisions are fully healed and cleared by your care team
Continue to breathe deeply throughout the sequence. Stimulate with short inward sweeps or static rotations.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Use caution or modify if you have:
Bronchitis. Avoid direct pressure over the sternum
Menstruation. Lymphatic drainage may increase menstrual flow
Raised moles. Work around them
Low blood pressure. Use shorter sessions; drainage can lower BP further
Hyperactive thyroid. Avoid direct work on the thyroid area

Do NOT use if you have:
Active cancer. Consult your oncology team first. Lymphatic drainage during active disease requires professional guidance.
Deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Risk of dislodging clots
Congestive heart failure (CHF). Can overload the cardiovascular system
Acute infection, fever, or inflammation. Wait until resolved
When in doubt, ask your provider. This tool is powerful—use it wisely.
