How to Use

Continue to breathe deeply throughout the sequence. Stimulate with short inward sweeps or static rotations. 

Begin at the neck and move down across the clavicle stroking gently in circular motions. Starting from the outside of the shoulder, move in short circular motions across the shoulder.

Activate the axillary lymph nodes in the underarm with short upward sweeps. Then sweep outward, above and below the breasts from sternum to axillary lymph nodes with long, or short overlapping strokes. Sweep away from the nipple. Repeat the sequence on the other side. Repeat the neck sequence on both sides, swallowing regularly and breathing deeply. 

Contraindications:

Use caution and alter treatment if you have,

  • Bronchitis: don’t use directly over sternum
  • Menstruation: can make period heavier
  • Nevus (Raised Mole): work around
  • Low Blood Pressure: be careful of over-use, do shorter sessions
  • Hyperactive Thyroid: do not work on thyroid directly

Do not use if you have,

  • Active cancer
  • Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
  • Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
  • Acute infection or inflammation

 

Ingredients

The faux wooden handle*, along with the eco-protective cases are made from 100% recycled and recyclable materials. Remove the bristles from the faux wooden handle before recycling. 

The bristles are made with a durable, moisture resistant FDA-USDA approved PBT thermoplastic. It’s designed to withstand repetitive use, while maintaining shape and softness. Not recyclable.  

*Global Recycle Standard (GSR) Certified
